The TM was just installed day before yesterday. We went from OTM 2.2 to TM 3.2 and installed all the patches. But I was having the same problem with OTM 2.2. The PBX has not been patched.

Ok, the original floppy diskette went bad. The replacement floppy diskette I tried first was formatted using Windows. Once I formatted it using DOS it worked great. The floppy diskette size was 1.44mb. Thanks for everyones help!!!

I only Windows formatted the new diskette, not dos formatted. I will try that next.

No.. I mean I took the floppy disk out of core 1 and put it in core 0's floppy drive and core 0 backed up fine.

DCOM is enabled on the CP server and the local activation was already checked. Remote activation was not checked for ANONYMOUS LOGON. I checked that but have not rebooted yet.

I've already done this, and it works good except for the voice that comes on after the announcement that says that messages are blocked. I wish I could somehow disable that feature.

Is there as way to setup a mailbox to output a greeting\announcement only and not allow messages to be stored? Hopefully without using application builder..... Thanks in advance
