Nortel 3904 Phone set looking for Verification password

Hi all,

need some help,

two of our users on site has 3904 sets and ever time thy access their call log they get "Vericication Enter Password"

they don't remember what it is, is there a way to reset the phone?

it appears to be a phone setting not PBX setting.

There is CPWD <tn> for the directory in 32

ld 11 on the set for station control password is a prompt

SCPW
x the number to clear

is there if FFC data block in ld 15 is not SCPL 0
station control password length (0-8)
