Hi,
I'm searching for a webhost which offers LOTS of webspace and bandwidth. I need to stock many large zipped stock photographs on it, most files are +10MB. Does anyone have any hints to this, or how I should approach this without going bankrupt instantly?
Thanks for your time!
Hello,
a collegue has Outlook 2002 on his computer and he can receive e-mails just fine, as well as sending NEW e-mails. But strange thing is he can't reply or forward, because then the program generates an error much like:
"Network problems are preventing connection to the MS exchange server...
...id
item
section
posting_date
Now what I want to do is to make a SELECT query that retrieves the 3 newest "items" for this table, but none of them should belong to the same "section". How do I do this?
Until now I have:
SELECT * FROM items GROUP BY posting_date DESC LIMIT 3
Thanks for your...
No I tried it at the lowest possible settings, 640x480 at 60MHz refresh rate, and it didn't work. The monitor is ok, because I have another PC here where I work on, with a GeForce 4 and the same monitor, only a much newer model of PC, and it works fine ofcourse.
Couldn't it be the PSU, because...
Hello,
I have put a GeForce 4 MX440 AGP8X into a AGP2X slot. Everything works, except for the resolution and colours (16 colours only)
When I install the drivers for this card, windows won't start up. Any suggestions??
So you see it works putting an AGP8x into an AGP2x slot, but not the way I...
AGP is the default setting. When the PC starts, I get the windows 2000 'splash screen' and when it done with the progress bar this splash screen becomes all jagged and after a few seconds the monitor powers down all by itself.
I went back to the store where I bought the card, but they said it...
Tried it and it didn't work.
I went back to the store and they gave me another card, but I still get the same problem.
When win2k starts, it shows the splash-screen, and then it gets all jiggy and scattered, after which my monitor just powers down.
I removed every card I could take out, but...

Hello,
A probably easy question: how can I disable the security setting in Outlook Xp which hides potentially dangerous attachments?
Thanks for your time!
Thanks guys.
I found a solution here:
http://www.jsiinc.com/subl/tip5900/rh5902.htm
Which says:
If you use Internet Explorer's Tools / Internet Options / Programs tab, and toggle the E-mail drop-down list, you can see that Microsoft enables you to set Forte Agent, Hotmail, Microsoft Outlook, or...
Hello,
My outlook 2000 has been configured as default mail client everywhere on my PC, but still, when I click an e-mail link in the body of my e-mails it automatically gives a new mail in Outlook Express. Even with the registry edited so that Outlook Express seems to be uninstalled, it keeps...
Thanks guys, you're realy cool.
Hey, can I use the $_POST['id'] command even when register_globals is enabled? Isn't it a more secure way or something? Or am I just guessing here?
Hello,
I just re-installed PHP, Apache and all, and now when I type for instance "http://localhost/test/index.php?id=1" in my browser location bar, it doesn't seem to send the id variable in this address at all. Any has any clue what's causing this, perhaps I overlooked something when...
