I finally got a DIGI One SP to work correctly. Works very well. Another device worked but would not release the port when the connection was closed thus locking up the RAD.
I was able to resolve this. At some point the analog line was ported to the PRI. I was not informed when this was done. The calls came in through the default incoming route dial I guess. Assigned this line to the the correct line group and all is working correctly now.
I have and IP office programmed as follows:
Incoming lines 978-632-8292 (analog line 5) and DID 978-730-8500 with Default destination for both incoming call routes is hunt group 200. Fallback for both is extension 100
Hunt group 200 is collective call waiting with overflow mode call to AA...
I just tested it on my system and works as stated. Are you sure you are restricting the correct extension? Try feature *0 then press one of the intercom keys to verify the extension number. Just a thought.
I am trying to expand the current system to add a second 6 port fiber card. I have the upgrade tools necessary to perform the upgrade. Is there different variants of the standard 7.0 software? I know XC has three variants NA, USA, and CDA. Are the NA and USA variants interchangeable?
I am somewhat confused about the different variances of norstar software. I know CDA is for Canada. Is NA and USA software interchangeable?
If i need to upgrade from NA 7.0 to 7.1 XC do I use USA 7.1 XC or NA 7.1 XC software?
No I Have not. Any recommendations?
You mean record in another player as .wav and then convert to .vbk using Call Pilot Player correct?
The recording I made is 7 seconds long. Yes both play using the Call pilot Player. Build is 2.01.27.14
At this point I am not trying to use the greeting...
Using the Call Pilot Player I save recording directly as a .vbk file and then try to import it. Set displays playing for a split second but no sound is heard.
I get the same result even when I try to import a greeting created using the call Pilot Player. I have tried the Player from the 3.0 CD and the 3.1 CD. Call pilot software is at 31.10.37.22. I have tried both Windows 7 and Windows XP.
Anything I am missing?
