You can go several ways
You could use NIS+
or
set one of the servers as a Password server for the others.
samba.org has several documents about setting up a Samba Server as a PDC / Password server

I see you have some RBL checks in your config,
Did you check the responses from these RBL Dns Servers ?
Or other DNS related issues ?

Okay, here is my question:
I'm looking for a scanner and a piece of software that can do the following:
Scan multiple Pages (through an ADF) and save each page as a separate file.
I've had a look at a HP 7450c but the software doesn't let me do that (and the ADF is not adjustable :-( ).
Any...
There is some info on that on the spamassassin or amavis site.
I Generally have spam that hits over 12 points rejected.
(It still saves a copy in /var/spool/virusmails)

Mandrake (and generally Linux :-) work best on native ext2/xfs/ext filesystems)
Normally if you use the wizard Mandrake shows you it will automatically select ext3 as default
On the internet there are several how-to's on dual-booting XP and Linux
Also on how to partition your harddisk

~ There is...
What is the type of server Linux / NT
If it's Linux you could use mod_auth_smb (or something similair)
If it's NT with IIS you could use it built-in and use the php authentication variable
$_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER']
Never tried it with IIS

Okay,
If I'm right RH uses xinetd.
So add to your services telnet-alt
copy from /etc/xinet.d/telnet to /etc/xinet.d/telnet-alt
edit the file /etc/xinet.d/telnet-alt
change the line service telnet to
service telnet-alt
That should do the trick

I knew I have seen it before (after a little digging in my memorybanks :-) I found it).
Haven't used it because I just needed a script which could access my files easely (No FTP, because the files were stored locally)
