Hi DeepuM, There is no option for this as you are in RES5.5, The lastest version is following the PCI compliant for Credit and other cards. so it is not allowed to swipe the Credit card and others card which encoded like CC number to Micros Magnetic card Reader anymore.

I think he has a TCP/IP printer. @manelandrea, U can ping to your printer IP address from your LAN network? Did u assign order device (your remote printer) to your user WS (your desktop)? Did u start the MICROS Print Controller service on your desktop?

Your tablets should set a static IP address first. Did u config your tablets in POS CFG with a license ordering number? Did u try to reload DB from POS control panel?

I found the cause is the appstart is not call pos operations. Already checked the appstart.cfg but do not understand why this does not work as it should be.

Did u try to install an adobe reader on your BOPC? It not pls install it to run it then and open your report again.
