RES 3700 v5.4 OPOS Configuration

Hi everybody, i need help about OPOS Configuration to use Micros 3700 v5.4 with Epson Thermal Printer and rj11 Cash Drawer.

When i configure this in EPSON OPOS ADK Software the printer work and Cash Drawer Kick. I do the Configuration in the Pos Configurator all looks good. But When in load OPS and try to pay an account my printer say Printer Communication Failure.

what kind of your printer?

I mean that how you connect your thermal printer to your WS? It is serial RS232 or TCP/IP interface?

Did you choose the right LDN Name?
You can recheck this in the registry.
