AS pointed out there is supposedly ANOTHER service pack coming for the 96x1 series phones. It was supposed to be released yesterday but I still haven't seen it on the support site.
But if you don't press the conference button a third time (once to put the first party on hold and call the second, then a second time to bring the two parties together) the call drops?
Kevin,
I tested this on my switch in the office and built a conference call with three internal parties. When the organizer dropped the call, the call persists.
And at the customer site, trunk to trunk transfer is set to all (on the system-parameters features) and it still drops. We can...
It happens on internal only conferences as well, so the trunk group issue isn't in play.
With regards to the work around, if they get put on hold, they'll hear MOH...which wouldn't be too pleasant :)
Thanks for the thoughts though!
Hi All,
Pulling my hair out trying to find where this is set...
Situation:
Customer creates a conference call on their phone. If they hang up while the conference call is in progress, the call is dropped.
I've explained the reasoning for this (Toll Fraud) however they still wish to have...
Hi All,
I'm having a problem with an IA770 running on CM5. The zero out option doesn't appear to be working.
I've used the same settings which have worked with CM4 and prior...I also applied the cornerstone and other patches to the system with no luck....
TIA,

Place a tinfoil hat securely on your head and you'll be fine :)
Seriously...it sounds like your an agent. My guess is the Avaya PBX you were trying to log into more than likely was experincing issues (thus the tech knowing why you were calling). His "monitoring" was probably more directed at...
In this day and age with flattened, virtual nationwide PBXs, I can't for the life of me see why this would be an issue other than perhaps if you've got limited WAN bandwidth....
I could see if you leave the company that you can't take the number with you, but if you're still in the company...
No. If you specify the network region as directed above, you shouldn't need a new CLAN nor a Medpro. I've got a similar situation with a client using S8300 and G700 Media Gateways....

...which will be used with AES & CM4.0 to integrate primarily RIM devices.
I'm stuck after installation. I'm trying to determine the following:
* Is a SES server required for this installation?
* How do I open WebLM on the One-X Server (or configure the server to see WebLM running on the AES...
Has anyone else run into this? I have a bunch of meet-me vectors in our CM4.0 PBX and have run into issues where multiple users are reporting that when they are using their meet-me vectors for a prolonged period at about 40-45 minutes parties are disconnected from the conference...
Has anyone...
You can also enable a second BP login which does not require the PIN. It's Craft2 with profile3. You also need to enable the craft2 account after you create it...
OK I got through the AES problem...
Now I can't log into the One-X Web interface....when I try to go in through the HTTPS://FQDN\admin I get a blank page that says /SCRIPT. When I try to open the interface with http://FQDN/Admin I get a login prompt. I've tried the windows credentials...
