Has anyone setup One-X Mobile here?

I'm trying to build one now and I'm running into issues with the AES server.

When I try to test the TSAPI connection, I get the following error:

"cstaMakeCall failed, CSTA error 5"

Any thoughts?

The only thing I can think of is licences. Have a look at the WebLM page and see if you have enough licences when making the test call.

It's licensed for 25 TSAPI connections...

Ah then I take it you're not going above or trying to go above the 25 licences when making the TSAPI call? Do the error logs on the AES give you any indication?

Not really familiar with AES either...and no there is no traffic on the AES other than this one call...

Try logging into the AES. Make a TSAPI test call. Navigate to the CTI OAM section then to the error logs. On the main window the error logs will appear in date order. Check the latest date and then click the download button at the bottom of the screen. This will download a text file error log. I'm afraid it's a case of looking through the text fileto see if anything is obviously blocking or causing the TSAPI call to fail.

OK I got through the AES problem...

Now I can't log into the One-X Web interface....when I try to go in through the I get a blank page that says /SCRIPT. When I try to open the interface with I get a login prompt. I've tried the windows credentials, craft/craft01, etc...then directed to a page cannot be found screen....

Anyone???
