    @Billz66, thanks for the response. I deleted some old messages from ElasticSearch but unfortunately it's not clear which emails are the drafts from the SystemInbox. I will keep poking, but it seems that it might be the only way to delete the messages.

    We updated to 9.3.5 on sunday(5 days ago), thing were working well until yesterday afternoon where we got stuck. This is the logs from StorageService. I've restarted the service already. At one point I archived pages of emails from ElasticSearch, but it seemed to work for a bit. But stuck now...

    Rogers resolved the issue. At first they said it was fixed. We tested, still routing incorrectly. Re-Opened the ticket, then they fixed it again and it's working! Thanks for the feedback everyone!! Much appreciated..

    Hi @Wishforall, We are running 9.2 but upgrading to 9.3.5 within the next week or so. Actually our agents prefer the Desktop version of Ignite. But both seem to make on single sound <bing> when a chat comes in. But they keep getting missed.

    Hi @curlycord, You're correct, dialing from my mobile works correctly. I checked the Mitel SMDR reports and the logs showed the number was dialed correctly. The issue is currently only happening with 2 numbers that we are aware of. I will see if I can test with a SIP on the same account...
