Mitel Chat - Change Ringing sound to something louder

Hey All,

I've been asked if we can link the Chat Ringing to the Phone. (if only this was possible)
So, I need to come up with another way for the Agents to hear that there is a chat coming through on their system.
The agents already have a Plantronics, both ear headset on linked to their phone so the little <bing> isn't enough.
Any ideas that could help would be appreciated.

I'm assuming you are using Web Ignite? What version is this currently on?

Hi @Wishforall,

We are running 9.2 but upgrading to 9.3.5 within the next week or so.
Actually our agents prefer the Desktop version of Ignite. But both seem to make on single sound <bing> when a chat comes in.
But they keep getting missed.
