Her is one for you, the problem is only with wireless calls (cells). IF I call a land line from my teams account it shows ID???????
Tried several calls from Teams with differen't carriers and all the same issue.

IF you look at the attachment it show the flow, 18.117 is our session manager. Calls are coming from an audiocodes SBC.
I had an engineer from both groups look at it and they think is an issue on the outgoing pri's.
This is a problem with calls initiatted from Teams (which are avaya extensions)...
I have attached a trace from audio codes.

We Integrated teams/voice with our Avaya pbx (6.2) Sess (7.1) and are using a SBC from audiocodes. Has anyone else done this?
Works well so far but I am having an issue with caller ID coming from teams. IF I call my cell phone it says "no caller ID" By all accounts it seems like it is passing...
We are currently using some soft phones to work remotely. Avaya 6.2 and Cisco any connect VPN. The issue is one way audio and we were told this was by design and this how the vpn works.
Having an audio issue with SBC and avaya. I can call internal (4 digits) to a a extension configured to hit SBC trunk with no issue calls sound great, external call (10) digits can only be heard, cannot hear. Firewalls on the avaya/session seems to be fine. I have changed the RTP port spacing...

We have a VDI environment which most user's use from home also a VDN tunnel but we have had issues with soft clients calling other soft clients internally. I beleive the problem is one end can't here the other.

I have looked at VPN tunnel but I don't believe our current phones will support. We still have mostly digital phones and we would also have to buy a vpn router for about 30 users. It may be the way to go.

Missed calls are off an hour when using my 1x communicator client software. Working well other then that.
