Network side - I have verified the network switch it is connected to. The interface is up/up. I can see the mac address in the CAM table. I cannot ping the ip associated with the sip invite. I have rebooted, changed cables - and nothing has helped network related. I am more familiar with network...
We had a power event that took the PBX down. When the PBX booted up we are no longer able to have calls route.
The call flow:
Call from my mobile > ATT IPFlex BVoIP Carrier Network > Cisco CUBE SBC > ip 172.25.125.52 (SIP INVITE SENT) > Call routes back out based on rules (back through the same...
With what is showing there does not appear to be anything that would restrict access, unless you exceed the number of VTY ports, which is one of the reasons for looking at the console when this happens and performing a sh user or who, this will let you know what other logins there are. It...
One of the things that is needed to be understood is the ports being used in the call set-up and registration. If you are on the outside of an appliance and unrestricted and now going inside the network it is possible that the ports are being blocked.
Couple of questions:
1. What happens when...
Unfortunately, the only options, as I know them are:
1. The initial quote when purchased
2. Visible survey
3. Logging in and performing the show inventory
4. Writing a script to perform the work for you and generate the output to a file
5. Hire a contractor to perform the work for you and create...

I am in the process of moving users from Audix to Unified Messaging. Some of my users are already on the new platform and I am looking for a way to verify if any users that are on the new system have any voicemail saved. I do not want to delete something they have saved for various reasons...
Nothing to do with incoming calls, only outgoing calls from station to station.
What is odd, main line on phone has one cid and the second line on the phone has another cid (the actual ext. assigned to the line).

Thanks don...your input has been valuable.
I have set these changes on another PBX before more recently via class of service, but that was also based on the route the call took. I was hoping there was an easy solution, answer, that would explain why there are differences so I can duplicate it...
Thank you donb01, can you explain a little more?
Maybe I need to provide a little more detail.
If my primary line 555-1234, calls an internal number ext. 1212 - it currently shows a caller ID of 555-5555
If my secondary line 555-5678, calls an internal number ext. 1212 - it currently shows the...
Hello,
I have not worked on the Rolm system in some time, 9005.
I have been asked a question in reference to caller ID.
Here is the scenerio:
Call from 555-1234, primary line and has caller ID of 555-5555
Call from 555-5678, second line and has caller ID of 555-5678
How is that set up? Can...
Verify your NAT config
You have IP NAT outside applied to your Dialer interface and ip nat inside configured too

Are you able to view anything CLI on the router?
Do a show ip int brief and post the output.
Do a show version and post the output.
In order to see what is going on we need a bit more information.

Is there a way to set up a user to be in multiple ACD groups?
I need the user to be able to answer calls as overflow in the event the main call center is busy.

@Perry - hmm, this is interesting because I thought the system could not do that. I will need to test that. As far as I know the system is set up with system speed and these phones that are restricted do not have the ability to place the call as such. Is there something specific I could look...
This is what I was thinking to. What makes this a little helpful is the 2 different dialing plans. So 2600 could be a local ext. I would then fwd that ext to the external 419-530-2600 which is a different nxx all together so it is not in the dialing plan where the red phone is at.
Thanks...
