Hello, I'm new to routers. I loaded an IOS on my Cisco 2505 router and it disabled the ethernet ports. When I do a show interface it shows that there is an ethernet0 and 2 serial ports. I can set the ip and subnet but none of the ports work. I tried to reload the correct IOS but cant due to no working ethernet ports. When I try to do it over the console, I cant load into Rommon. I dont get the Rommon>, I get >.

Is there anything else I can try to get the correct IOS on the router?

Thanks

Are you able to view anything CLI on the router?
Do a show ip int brief and post the output.
Do a show version and post the output.

In order to see what is going on we need a bit more information.
