Problem fixed. I tries increasing the TGAR and NCOS which allowed the 500 forward to work. I then found out the pbx was manipulating the CLID and corrected the secondary DNs in Callpilot. Thanks for everyones help.
Thanks Matthew. What is the correct command to setup the trace?
Also I did confirm the ACD NCFW is going to the target number, however after 6 rings the callpilot messaging system kicks in and says the extension is not setup for that service (voicemail). The voicemail on the destination PBX...
Sorry, both offices are on PRI.
I really see the problem as being programming. Why is the source PBX not releasing the call to the forward destination?
Thanks,
We have two sites. At site A (81C with callpilot) we have programmed an extension to forward the call to a DID at our other location (site B - 11C with callpilot).
The forward works fine, however when tested we receive a message after approximately 6 rings that "there is no mailbox for xxxx"...

We are currently preparing some professional menu recordings which are being composed in .wav format. My experience with .wav imports has been that in some cases the .wav file sounds fine on a pc or recording device, however once imported into CallPilot the recording loses...
Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some insight into any defferences between the CS1000 platforms. I was previously the administrator a CS1000 (81C) environment (succession 3/4.5) with several 11c sits (networked/VoIP). I'm currently unemployed but was recently contacted regarding a temporary...
The question isn't related to problems, instead I'm trying to plan around a problem of excessive calls. The question is whether a script can perform an alternate treatment (ie. GIVE RAN, or GIVE IVR) in the event all 6 access/broadcast ports are in use. I'm looking to avoid having callers...
Actually this is not ISDN related rather the callpilot access ports being full. In the event Symposium attempts to play an access port (broadcast message) and all ports are full the caller receives dead air. My question was if there is an option for Symposium to determine if all access ports...
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it's at all possible to script a treatment in the event a call attempts to play a broadcast message when "all access ports" are in use. I'm looking to possibly plan a RAN in this scenario, instead of having the calll receive dead air.

After reviewing ALL variable types (not just wildcards) I've confirmed we are indeed at the 20 cap for 'call variables'. So that's my issues. Thanks so much for your help, looks as though I will need to perform some cleanup in order to free these resources.
Cheers, and enjoy the star.
I completed the reboots of both web and application server and it did not resolve my problem. I know there are alot of experienced Symposium vets in this forum and hopefully you might be able to assist.
Again I've already tried increasing the historical stats (applications and others) with no...
I am able to duplicate two different results. If I delete an existing call variable it will let me add it back in. However once I've re-added '1' variable, it won't let me add any additional.
I have also again increased 'applications' within Historical Statistics (calculation results below)...
I did try that (doubled the applications allowed), unfortunately it did not fix the issue. It's odd because I deleted a dormant call variable and tried to re-add it and again received the error. This is what prompted me to consider the reboot options.
I guess no-one so far in this forum has encountered this. I'm going to perform a reboot of Symposium Web Server, then test. Then if all else fails a reboot of Symposium.
Will let you all know the outcome...
I'm going to be testing this on a IBM Blade, VMWARE scenario. If it is successfully I'm not that concerned about the Nortel Support given we can quickly restore that last known configuration.
Will let you all know.
I am adding new Applications in Symposium (5.0) and am receiving the following error when trying to add a Wildcard Call Variable. I've checked the Historical Stats as described in the error but am unable to locate any configuration that would limit script variables.
