I guess I was not clear. I don't have an issue with the SBS server and logging in. It is the client workstations where they are dropping the connections then having to reboot to get connected.

Got it working. The solutions was almost to simple.
Went into group policy turned the server option to disabled and set the client to on. Configured the client is GP to talk to the router using NTP and bingo. Took right off.

My routers all sync to each other and keep accurate time. I need my Windows servers to talk to the same router that is acting as a time server and allow windows to pull time from it.

Here is the update.
I temporarily disabled the SSL requirements and rerouted through my Pix and it is working. The Cert was created using the microsoft cert store.
Any ideas?
