After being on a call with avaya and the help from everyone here we found we out our sbc was down and we are on the secondary connection. The server is fired and trying to get the back up going is creating more headaches. Thx for all the help everyone.

I did default the filters targeting ARS. I did a few test calls yesterday and phone numbers ended in 1380 at 10:19 am, 4569 at 10:20 am and 6879 at 10:21.
When we anyone tries to make an out going call we get 3 beeps and a message saying waiting for line then the calls connects. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you fix it?

I have a user who can not attach adobe documents to an email I went through the preferences and everything looks right but when the user tries to attach a form to their email this happens (see pic below). what am i doing wrong?
Thanks for your help, I was able to create a bat file and now it works somewhat. I'm reading that schedule tasks hasn't been working the same since windows 7.
I checked into the error and it has something to do with when the task runs and expires and I change the expiration time by about a minute and I still get the same error. I'm thinking windows 7 and cms don't like playing together.
