    Sureshganti The 600 stations are simple users and not agents with ACD capability. I need just when I call a busy station I hear music on hold until the station becomes available.

    yes I have used coverage path , but when finish the announcement the call is dropped. I want the caller 1001 still in queue hearing the announcement until 1002 becomes available.

    I have Avaya MMS 5.2 the solution is integrated with Lotus and we have enabled Fax sender through Lotus client. it works fine for a lot of period but after that we have problem of RPC when sending Fax. an error message said " the RPC server is unavailable". note that status of MMS is UP.
