I tried deleting a bunch of old templates that are no longer used. Certain templates still not available.
I also rebooted the MiCollab last night and still no lock with the templates.

I have checked and confirmed that each template has a role. tried doing a quick updates on the roles but still can't see them in Bulk user provisioning.
I have noticed that we have quite a few user templates, is it possible that there is a limit to the amount you can have?

I am trying to set up an MBG for SIP for a customer but I can't get a solid SIP trunk connection. On the SIP trunking page, it as a red X next to status with the reason: non-INVITE transaction failure.
I have tried to search for the meaning of this reason with no luck. Does anyone know...
I downloaded the software version for 9.0.0.184 and it appears to let that one go through the rest of the setup options. I will be running the upgrade tomorrow so will update if it is successful / fails.

Thanks for the advise on where to look, just had notification from the customer and appears they made an OU change to the AD last week which had caused the issue. This has now been resolved.
