I am currently having an issue for a customer who has created a voicemail box for a ring group so that when calls are not answered, the user can leave a message and the team will get an email notification with the message in it.
When the customer created the mailbox, it was not licensed as a UM standard user box.
My question is, is there an easy way to assign a UM standard license to this box without deleting it completely? (the box is currently in use and users are just dialing into it for now).
from nupoint I have tried the "Update UM User Licensing" but that has not worked and does not give you the option of what mailbox you wish to update.
Any ideas before I delete the box and start again would be great.
