Unable to call users through MiCollab

Hi All,

I have recently had to do a reboot of one of our Mxe (version 8.0 SP3 PR2) and since we have been having an issue where users from that controller are no longer able to be dialed from the MiCollab client.

when I try to dial one of the users, the call window pops up but shows 0 participants. there is also no sound at all, no ring tone and the user that I have dialed has no notification of the call.

I have confirmed that the users have no call forwards or strange status settings and they are logged in correctly. When I dial the full DID, the call connects as normal.

I have also synchronized all of the PBX nodes from the MiCollab Client Service.

any ideas that I could give a go that might help? all ideas appreciated.

Did your PCs performed a Windows update recently?
If so, see if you can remove the updates from one PC, reboot & test again.

no windows updates that i'm aware of.

Mitel have suggested a PBX proxy restart so I will see how that goes after hours today
