User templates not in IDS.

Hi All,

Weird one that you may be able to help me with.

In MiCollab under bulk user provisioning, when I go to select the user template I want, not all of the user templates are available to select.

I tried to create a new template but even that won' show up when creating the user.

Any idea's to help?

check that they all have roles

in Bulk user its the role thats being selected
normally you make a template and it makes a matching role
sometimes they get out of whack

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
I have checked and confirmed that each template has a role. tried doing a quick updates on the roles but still can't see them in Bulk user provisioning.

I have noticed that we have quite a few user templates, is it possible that there is a limit to the amount you can have?
 
I tried deleting a bunch of old templates that are no longer used. Certain templates still not available.

I also rebooted the MiCollab last night and still no lock with the templates.

any more ideas would be appreciated.
