    We are having the same problem with Legato/NT Terminal Svr/Citrix/Dr. Watson. The cause of our problem seems to be McAfee AV. We load the Clients in the right order and everything works fine until we reboot.... the next time the backup runs after that, we DR. Watson...Testing at other AV...

    We have seen this on our (Fast) systems and noted others have too. This seems to occur most in newer, faster, servers. The fix, according to Novell, is to load the DS in autoexec.ncf. That is what we have done.

    First - some cautions- You must be using GroupWise 5.5 to do this, my client version is 5.5.2.1. Be sure to register your certificate in the name (alias) that your correspondents see. Otherwise, the cert won't decrypt properly. You may have to experiment with several 'names' to get that...

    Arcserve taking too long to backup Groupwise

    I have seen this A LOT.... using switches (instead of Hubs).  If you are connecting the server to a switch, try setting the duplex on both the server and the hub to 'half duplex'.  I'll bet that speeds up the backup.

    Since Monday, I get "Invalid Index" when I open Onsite Admin Pro.  Is anyone else having the same problem?
