After I install the latest service

After I install the latest service pack for novell 5.x servers. It seems that the DS is lock after a few days the servers are up and running on three of twelve servers. After viewing the user connection i saw multiple connections for a few users.I have no choice is to reset the server. After reset the server DS will not load automatically unless type at the console prompt. Please if any ideas will help.

have you run a DSREPAIR to see if there are any DS issues that need to be resolved.

We have seen this on our (Fast) systems and noted others have too. This seems to occur most in newer, faster, servers. The fix, according to Novell, is to load the DS in autoexec.ncf. That is what we have done.
