Woooo! Holdmusic34 ftw!
Incoming call route was it. The IPO manager is full of hundreds of entries for all 10 digits for our DIDs and alllll the way at the bottom there was an entry for just the last 4 digits of 7000 and 7051! Sure enough, 7000 was set for VM:menuMainDay and 7051 was set to go...
IPOManager ignores any setting I choose for Incoming Call Route destination. It's like it doesn't even look at it, however if i go to the voicemail tab and turn on voicemail and set a low time threshhold, it goes to VM.
All I want is 123-456-7051 to hit VMPro, but I cant seem to steer it there...
Hi everyone -
At the end of my rope here.
Incoming call route to a DID 123-456-7051 bypasses VMPro and Queues as if there are no time-checks or modules configured whatsoever.
Incoming call route to DID 123-456-7000 reaches VMPro and gets voicemail according to business hours, like I want...
Ah - makes sense if that's true. Just a 1XXXXXXXXXX is all we need since local and LD are all 10-digit required for us. Makes it easy. I would expect that to be the case with a default US configuration but I guess not. Oh well thanks for the help!

Got it. Why would the default "1N;" be in there? I cant think of a reason to let a system to allow 11,12,15,etc digits in a 1+number scenario?
Does anybody have a use-case for allowing that? It's even the default config in the help section which is why I posted here to begin with. A Definity...
Seems like a simple problem but I dont want to break anything:
This is our ARS setup: http://puu.sh/jpdfm/8e75eb2cae.png
What is happening (for example) when dialing 9+1+844-HELPUSALL is the system is not ending after the 1+10digits and is waiting for the rest of the digits to be entered. I...
Nevermind. I figured out how to play back the .wav files while we try to do some backend postgres work per this thread:

The answer is to download Super Audio Converter from erightsoft.com and simply drop the wav file into the interface, hit...
...here, but we can reproduce it so we hope its just a setting somewhere.
Scenario:
Call center supervisor dials the call listen short code ( *999*N# ) to listen to his employee's outbound call. They are a member of a hunt group but are making an outbound call (doesn't seem to matter whether...
Moving everything as-is is the "flick of a switch" method. We're migrating to all new hardware and essentially walking away from our old office leaving all of the old equipment behind. This way, we can be setup and testing a month before the scheduled move date and will have plenty of time to...
Hello - we're moving to a new office and we're buying all new hardware to setup a parallel environment to test before we move. My question involves our existing domain controller.
What is the best way to "copy" our existing DC at the new location for testing? The servers at the new location...
Thanks! I called and apparently these are proprietary power supplies so the wheels are in motion trying to find me one.
Looks like we're going to be down a few days though but at least I have a place to start. :)

Hi Guys - is there anything special about the Seasonic SS-250FS power supply that came in our Intuity Audix? The fan wasn't spinning and the Audix would barely power up then quit, but when i replaced it with a recent, known good ATX power supply the power supply started smoking and exploded...
its a Definity G3Si v.11
I decided to not persue this method and make AT&T do the legwork. They are now telling me they can bring in a second router to handle just the LD trunks.
They were just trying to save the cost of having to bring another cisco router - one to emulate PRI one to emulate...
Hi guys - I'm running a G3si and AT&T is consolidating our PRIs and T1s to all digital. We currently have 3 PRIs and 6 long distance T1's.
We're using TN464s and TN767s for these circuits. What they require is that we convert our LD T1s to appear as PRIs in our PBX as the Cisco router they're...
I should say currently we have to setup a separate station and record that, then the call gets routed off-net to the remote agent to their analog home phone. Is there a better way?

Hi everyone,
Pretty simple question. We have a G3si V12 and we need to record agents working out of their houses using their analog home phone lines and controlling the on-screen softphones via VPN.
What can we do to record those calls? We have a Voiceprint call recording solution that is a...
Thanks for the quick response. Ours is a CMS R3V11. THe remote switch already has a c-lan as well. Sounds like its not going to work since we're on a R3V11 though. The $10K ACD license would be tough to swing as well. Thanks for your help.

What is involved in this process? We have a remote office with a G3Si v12 switch (ours is V11) and they want to be able to use our CMS server with a wallboard. They currently have BCMS. The PBXs are not tied together in any way other than being in the same domain on a different subnet.
Is this...
This is a genius post. FoneFun (last post) got it right on. I just set this up and it works perfectly.
I see this question a lot and figured i'd post an incredibly creative solution to this problem. The fact that it can be done via cellphone is even more genius.
