Hello All,
I have a customer with a MICS 7.1 with PRI and a Call Pilot 150.
The customer uses an external 800 service to make appointments. The problem is that when the call comes in, then goes to AA, then transfers out, the Caller ID doesn't pass all the way to the 800 service. It works fine...
Tried it on another cabinet (11.1) and got this in the TFTP Log
Friday, February 24, 2023 11:39:16 AM : Received BOOTP request for 1eb0df9fe727, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process
I have a Digital Station 30 (700426216) on my test bench that seems to be stuck in a boot cycle.
I followed this FAQ: https://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=7860
It seems to go through all the steps within the DTE I see however I don't see anything in the TFTP log in Manager.
Multi-Sector...
Yea I get all that but it doesn't have an essential or preferred edition so could I possibly add those and convert it to standard mode while re-using the other licenses?
OR I still have a copy of the ADI licenses.. Could I take it back to 9.1 and re-load those? And keep it at 9.1 from here on out.
It looks like maybe someone did register the server license onto this unit but apparently that will not work. Again I am not the server edition is not my area of expertise.
Has anyone converted a system from server to standard mode and had the licenses follow (obviously would need an essential...
Let me start by saying we work on standard IP office a lot but not server edition.
We got in a server edition unit out of service and we wanted to Refurb it for resale however the actual server edition license is showing as dormant. All of the other licenses show as valid. The plds key shows 5...
Hey @curlycord .. We're still trying to figure out the issue here.. They asked if we could send out the customer's public IP in the header (versus it currently sending out the BCMs address). Any idea if this can be done? And if so, how? Thank you
Seems like both problems still exist.
I think our next step is going to have the customer put the BCM on the DMZ so we can determine if it's a network issue.
Also, how do we get the IP address to populate in the discovered public address field? Ours seems to stay at 0.0.0.0.. Would this have...
We put the Broadvoice IP in the Local (SIP > Public > Basic) which I think seemed to fix the outbound fast busy issue.
We still have the issue of the occasional 1 way audio on inbound calls.
@curlycord .. Sorry for the delay. We wanted to try each suggestion and give it enough time to see if it worked (because the issue is intermittent) and unfortunately the problem persists.
Any other suggestions?
I've got a customer that signed up for Broadvoice SIP trunks for their BCM 450 6.0
Broadvoice is a bit different setting up than other providers we've done in the past in that you just connect to the IP and you don't input a password
With that being said we've got it mostly working. Works...
@janaya Thanks for the reply. They came in with zero existing memory is the problem so trying to get something that works in it. Any particular ram you've used in the past that you know works fine?
Or does anyone know if the N0222233 / 700502320 memory upgrade kit (from a NTDW59BB) will work in a NTDW59BA? No reason to believe it won't but curious.
We took in a NTDW59 out of service but it came without the ddr2 memory sticks on them. I've been browsing the forums and found that the memory isn't proprietary and that any will work but also within the forums some people said that they've had cards not work with certain memory so I am just...
Time Warner came out and replaced the modem. He assured me it's in bridge mode.I had my vendor try from his office he connected but no voice. Maybe if I torch this building and walk away? Here are the ports that are programmed in the Linksys
