Hello All,
I have a customer with a MICS 7.1 with PRI and a Call Pilot 150.
The customer uses an external 800 service to make appointments. The problem is that when the call comes in, then goes to AA, then transfers out, the Caller ID doesn't pass all the way to the 800 service. It works fine if someone calls in and a call goes to an extension, just not after the external transfer.
Is this something that can be done, or are they SOL?
