Hello, I have a user who's getting a busy tone when recieving a call from an external number (i.e. cell phone, home, etc). also tried to dial the full number from an internal line (my desk phone) and you get a msg to the effect of 'this number is not in service'. Any thoughts??? thanks! RWhitt
