Hello,

Currently, when customers dial our customer support line, 703-848-8700 (CDN ext on Symposium), they are getting forwarded to an extended absence (holiday) message.

What's wierd is this just started happening today; the ext was working fine yesterday, which was the first day back from the holiday.

Please provide any input you can.

Thanks!

RW

Might check to see if that CDN is acquired. It could be default routing.

according to the Symposium client, the cdn is still acquired.

where exactly would the holiday script be defined? in the PBX or on the Symposium? it's written in the script, but has no definition.

You might want to check your holiday schedule in Symposium, probably not been updated since last year when the 28th was a holiday.

you got it! we just solved the issue.

thanks trvlr and Eddie!
