    Thanks for your reply. Both the Display ANI... options are already set to Yes for both the Trunk CoS and the phone CoS (as well as ANI/DNIS/ISDN Number Delivery Trunk on the incoming trunk). It still just displays Cable & Wireless.

    Thanks for the reply. This is something which I have considered, although wouldn't be as tidy as doing it all through the database. It looks like I might end up doing it this way as I can't find any way to make the system reload the database data without actually restarting the ME service.

    As an update to the above problem: I've just enabled answer confirmation and when I pickup the call I hear the "press *" message and the call is put through with 2 way audio! Turning it off reverts to the original problem of no audio in either direction.
