Hi all,
I've just setup Mobile Extensions with one of our 3300 ICPs. When someone rings my desk number, I've got it calling my mobile - which rings as expected.
The problem is, when the call is connected, there is no audio at all. I've tried twinning to another internal extension, but this has exactly the same problem.
Looking in the mobile_extension log on the MSL machine, I see entries like"2009-08-19 10:50:59.434195500 TRACE: MiRtpEndpointRepository::getEndpoint() - attempting to get an endpoint".
Our ICP and the Mobile Extension machine are connected via a single router, and there are no firewall restrictions between the 2 subnets.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what might be causing the problem?
Cheers,
-Jeff
