Yes I did, solved some problems but not all.
I still have problems with the touch tone not been able to dial when an other call comes in! As well as for the password for the remote access does not get saved.
I am looking into all the programming to find out if there is something that...
An update on the patch...I downloded and did not fix the problem of the touch tone, as well the password still not gets saved.
I will still be working on it! I will up date next week!

I have the same problem and will download the patch to see if it fix is it!
So far I know that only an authorize Avaya partner can download the patch from the Avaya site.
At soon as I know more I will let you know!

here and look for downloads for T1 patch.
I do not know if you have to be register with them to downloded.

Well I will still go with the Magix, is versatile and you can go from key system to PBX to behind the PBX. As well that for a small business is perfect to go from a few station to more than 200. Also you have differnt chises on trunking (analog, T1), remote access, voice mail, etc.

What i suggest is to change the programming of the callmasters buttons to a speed-dial. To either a system speed dial list or group list. At the begginning will be hard and will have to work a lot. But at the end you will only have to change the speed dial list for the feature code...
