    jokermia, I have the same problem and will download the patch to see if it fix is it! So far I know that only an authorize Avaya partner can download the patch from the Avaya site. At soon as I know more I will let you know!

    Hi jrchert, What i suggest is to change the programming of the callmasters buttons to a speed-dial. To either a system speed dial list or group list. At the begginning will be hard and will have to work a lot. But at the end you will only have to change the speed dial list for the feature code...
