I installed my first T-1 module in a partner last week. The PACSR6 had been in service for about a year. It was a bear to reconfigure and get connected to the PACS, but the T-1 came right up. There is a software patch you may want to load, but research it first. If it's not absolutely required, DON'T LOAD IT!! I talked to the TSO about that. You'll have to know how to use the Green Card and have access to e-Flash Tools website.
1043, I did hear of someone having a problem with the R7 and T1, but not sure if it was resolved. I will try to contact the tech, but he is still on vacation. I dont know of any patches for the R7's.
I have the new r7 acs and a t1 and cannot get it to work. The t1 card works fine on the rel 6 .04. Avaya said it knows of no problems with the rel 7 and the t1 card. Does anyone know of a patch or has anyone got a rel 7 to work with the t1.
I'm interested in hearing about the patch for the T1 w/R7.0. What does the patch fix? Why shouldn't I load it - what problems will it cause? Assuming I do need the patch, where do I download it? TIA, answers much appreciated

Yes I am. I got it working by asking the LEC to change the PRI T1 to E&M channels. But know when I get a call I have a tone like if some one is redailing the digits before I get the voice. I down load a "NEW" file with just the defult programming and it whent away. But when I dwonload the programmed file it comes back not only on the T1 lines but also in the analog lines!
Hello again. Can someone please tell me where I can download the patch for the R6 and R7 ACS Processors? We're running into a problem with an R6 and T1 combo, and I'd like to try the patch. Thanks in advance!
We have the problem of not being able to transmit touch tones when on a call and another call comes in. We also have a problem with the system requiring us to enter the password multiple times. Does the patch fix these problems, or is there something else we can do to fix them? TIA...
I still have problems with the touch tone not been able to dial when an other call comes in! As well as for the password for the remote access does not get saved.
I am looking into all the programming to find out if there is something that can be change, to make the touche tones to work at all times.
