Yes, I replaced the entire control unit. The only hardware left to replace are the 2 combo cards and the physical SD card. Now I need to find a replacement V1 Combo card.

I agree critchey. I normally upgrade in the shop as soon as I receive my systems. This particular one slipped through. Saying that, the issue is not just happening on a 9.1.0, it is also happening on a 7.0.36. I think Avaya has more than one ghost in its machines [ponder]
I just checked and there are only 2 dozen messages on the SD card. I will try the upgrade option next. It was installed with 9.1.0.0.
