How can I locate the port of a digital phone on the Norstar 0x32 system? Instead of toning out the line I would like to know if there is a feature that I need to look into to find the port on the punch block.

Everything points to be the CP 100. If it is, how would I reconfigure everything? everything is done on the keyset? Like Creating the recordings like directory names, voicemail recordings, and Auto Attendant.

I plugged in the phone and it works. I rebooted the CP 100 and nothing.
The two status lights for the rj11 ports are just flickering very fast.
The power supply tested good with the multimeter. It shows 8.5v.

I did the External Feature Test xftest to identify and remove leftover codes on KSU memory.
The features show Free now. This did not took care of my situation. I have not rebooted the Nortel MICS yet. Im afraid that it would lose any programming.

I have a little issue on a MICS. The voicemail is not kicking in when dialing an extension. It gets redirected to the primary phone instead of voicemail.
Is there anything that I can check visually on the MICS to make sure that the voicemail is turn on?

The pool lines had the call waiting by the phone provider. They removed the call waiting and now every line works fine. It rolls over to the next available line.

Thanks for your reply. The issue was that the phone provider had the lines ringing with call waiting. So they removed the call waiting and it worked.
The lines were in rollover but with call waiting. They rang for about 12 rings and then it would ring on line 002.

On the system programming I changed the DRT Delay to 3 and it still takes long to rollover to the other available trunk line (002,003,004) Is that "Star codes" on the Norstar? or is something on their end?

I was wondering, if the lines were transferred to the next available line pool before. I just tried it again dialing the main number at 001 and then on another cel dial the same number 001 and the line was rollover to the next line 002 after 12 rings on the second line calling in...

When on the call (x223)we try pressing the transfer button under the display two line screen. Im using the Avaya T7316.
When on call using x222 T7316 the transfer button under the display works fine.
If there is no call and we just want to dial to an extension it would not let us.
