Why I'm not able to dial extensions within the Norstar 0x32? 1

Good Morning/Afternoon!

I'm having a minor issue on one of our Norstar 0x32. When I try to call an extension within the PBX system I'm not able to. It just doesn't do anything.
When an incoming call reaches the receptionist she is able to transfer to an extension on one of the three phones (222) on the Group (221,222,223).
When the incoming call is answer by 223, this extension is not able to transfer to other internal extensions.
Any suggestions?

How are you attempting to transfer and what model of phones are you using?
 
Hello,
When on the call (x223)we try pressing the transfer button under the display two line screen. Im using the Avaya T7316.
When on call using x222 T7316 the transfer button under the display works fine.
If there is no call and we just want to dial to an extension it would not let us.

Check that you have an Intercom button, do this do:
Feature * 0
Press the lowest right hand button (or the one above it) and see if it shows 222 on the display.

If so then to call you do one of the following:
Press that Intercom button then dial 2XX
or
Lift Handset and dial 2XX ( this option requires Prime Line to = Intercom in programming)
