Is it possible to export Project reports like 'Who Does What When' report on Power point.
Or any other way to share these reports (except of course printing)
Two questions-
Question1-I want to show my task as either Priority 1 or Priority 2. Only 2 priorities and no more. How can I do that?

Actually I did that already. I have 60 odd extra names in my report( though tasks are hidden). So instead of 2-3 page report it becomes 6 page report.
As I said i need to show tasks for only 14 Resources.

I am having problem allocating %ages for resources from month to month.
For a task say 'ABC', I want to show resource 'XYZ' to be busy 40% in September, 30 % in October, 20 % in November and 10% in December.
Can I pick different %ages for each month.

I want to know the method to link 2 project plans.
Project Plan B has about 13 work resources which are also figuring in Project Plan A which has about 30 work Resources.
If I assign work to resources in Plan B, I want to see this assignment in Plan B, in Plan A too.

While displaying the report, it only shows the Sub-tasks and not the Summary task.
Is it possible to show only the Summary task (..yes no sub-taks to be shown)
