I want to show what my resources will be busy in next 3-4 months. I mean what resource will be doing what task. What Report can show that.

Also is it possible to show this in graphical format?Exporting some data to Excel and then graphing.
Need help on this

View | Reports | Assignments | Who Does What When

But ... and it's an important "but" ... what you really want to do is

1. Set the date range
a. File | Print
b. In the lower left corner of the Print dialog set the date range you want
c. Click on the Preview button
d. Click on the Close button in the preview

2. Make certain the tasks are displayed
a. View | Resource Usage
b. Show | All tasks

3. Set up the report params
a. View | Reports | Assignments |
b. Single click on "Who Does What When"
c. Click on the "Edit" button
d. Click on the Definition-tab
e. Set the "Column" data to "1" and "weeks" (or months)
f. Click on OK

4. Run the report
g. Click once on "who does what when"
h. Click on Select

Thanks a bunch PDQBach. It helped.

While displaying the report, it only shows the Sub-tasks and not the Summary task.
Is it possible to show only the Summary task (..yes no sub-taks to be shown)

Also..is there any way to show this Report in graphical format?

Thanks a lt again
