Found a solution, well my husband did, lol. He went to Administration Tools > Services, and then went to WIA (Windows Image Acquistion). He changed the Startuptype from manual to automatic clicked start and rebooted. Then go to run and type wiaaccmgr.exe, it starts a wizard to pull images...

I am logged into a domain

This is strange my option for sharing is gone. I just have the General, Security, and Customize tab in the folder properties. Also when I right click the folder, no option. But others can still see and access the folder. Miranda
