Hello,

Does anyone know the shortcuts for Copy & Paste for Fedora Core 5 terminal?

Ctr+C and Ctr+V is just not working.

Thank you,
Miranda

I don't know of any keyboard shortcuts for a terminal window, but gpm should be running and you should be able to highlight any text in one window and middle-click the same or another window to paste the highlighted text.

If you only have two mouse buttons, you will probably find that the middle button is "chorded" so you need to press both left and right mouse buttons simultaneously.

Incidentally, that should work for any X window application.

Try using Shift+Ctrl+C and Shift+Ctrl+V for copy and paste respectively.

Kewlcoder.

Kewlcoder,

Thank you, it works. I was getting tired of using the mouse.

Cheers,
Miranda
