Hello all,
Our customers SBS 2003 server crashed. We pulled the Microsoft Tech article, "Moving an SBS 2003 to new hardware"...
Evertyhing has been fine up to now. We are currently trying to move the DC from the old machine to the new, BUT the administrator account is not working on the new...
Can you tell me how to do that...I would REALLY appreciate it. I really don't want to spend the weekend logged into their Vmail server and keep doing it manually....
I had an install from hell yesterday and am now noticing today, Saturday, that I do not have license for VM Pro and every few hours the calls can't come into the switch.
I reboot and the AA starts working, but I know that it will stop after a certain amount of time.
What can I do to keep the...
We have an IPO 500 4.2 with 30 SIP Licenses and VCM licenses, but SIP is not working. We have another IPO with a new VCM and all the SIP calls work. We are using the sames carrier for this other IPO so we know that the settings are correct.
Ideas?
Thanks
I have successfully setup a SIP trunk to the provider Les.net BUT when I make a call out, the caller can hear me but I can't hear the caller.
Provider is using G711 (ulaw), our swith is set to Auto Sense.
IP 500 v 4.2. (101106)
Thanks for any help
Tried your suggestions Joe. The Predictive Dialer can see the Ns123456 and it sees the 555-5555 that I am dialing out of Vmail Pro. I tried Nsi, this morning but did not work. The dialer has to see the ANI/DNIS of the customer that is calling so that the system knows what to do with the call...
Once the connection is made to the Dialer, the Dialer does the rest....but it can't right now because it needs to to see ANI/DNIS presented.
The actual destination listed in Vmail Pro is 7 555 5555. The IPO kept hanging up with just the 7 as the desitination, so we gave it 7 digits to dial...
When the caller Presses the selector code, the destination is 7 and the 7 shortcode(s) point the caller to go out over the TieLine which is what connects the caller to the DIaler
We have hooked up an IP Office to a 3rd party dialer via a TIE line (T1 card configured as a PRI) so T1 card to the Dialer.
We are transferring calls just fine, but we need to be able to transfer the DNIS / ANI call information.
Call comes in on PRI #1, customer selects a selector code from...
Just installed an IPO 500 v 4.1.12, Vmail Pro, and has eCas Call Accounting. Customer is a 200 bed nursing facility so 911 is called quite often.
Their old Mitel phone system would send a display message to the receptionists' phone anytime some called 911. It would tell her what extension...
I had a similar issue with 5420 phones. I had a short code for 9411 entered to dial an 800 number for free 411. I moved this short code to the ARS table and the issue went away.
Make sure there are no short codes that start with the dial 9 access number that the ARS table is using
