One way audio on SIP trunk

I have successfully setup a SIP trunk to the provider Les.net BUT when I make a call out, the caller can hear me but I can't hear the caller.

Provider is using G711 (ulaw), our swith is set to Auto Sense.

IP 500 v 4.2. (101106)

Sounds like a fire wall isssue. Did you run STUN? Even if your SIP prvider does not have a STUN Server, run it anyway.
Make sure your Router allows SIP traffic.

No Router. We are going straight out on LAN2.
 
are you using an IP phone? Is Direct media off?

Is your Public address in the Stun settings, and is public port set to 5060?
