Showed the pictures to my client, whose response was "oh it wasn't marketed under the Merlin name it was marketed via the AT&T phone store to the residential market... So my search continues.
Recently had this question posed to me but I can't for the life of me remember.
At&T had a home single line version of the merlin console available for a while. Does anyone remember what name it was marketed under?

I have a merlin system, using Atl phones.
I have the mlm007 voicemail installed
there are 3 active mailboxes associated with three extensions.
Here is my issue.
we have two other extensions in the building which do not have mailboxes associated with them.
one is located in the conference...
found my problem, admin had changed the business scheduler to follow the merlin legend mode.
changed it back to the business mail mode.

Thanks for the heads up. I was operating under the assumption that the menus were activated based on the business schedule you input into the system.
What is the purpose of entering the business schedule?
I have a recent snafu.
after hours, the day menu still responds when the calls go to the AA.

initially i would like the incoming calls to be answered by the receptionist and they she can route them to the proper extension. if the recipient of each call is not at their desk, I would like the calls to go to voice mail. So i will be needing a mailbox for each individual. Currently...

I am humbled by your knowledge. I had entered the actual phone extensions, not the voice mail ports. I am assuming I need the extension numbers from the system inventory, the actual numbers.

hunt type is set for linear and when i go back in to check the group type for 770, it has changed back from integ VMI to autolog out.

I am not doing a Magix upgrade. I downloaded the manual for that because i was told the programming is the same.
