I have a recent snafu.
after hours, the day menu still responds when the calls go to the AA.
I have checked that the day and night menu both exist and that the business schedule is accurate. The business is open m-f from 9-5, closed weekends.
at any time after hours when i call the system, i hear the day menu.
Is there a setting that I am missing?
