Tom

you responded to my last thread, regarding password for admin of mlm007.

I tried to link to that thread and got an error message that it was not found.

can you re post that reply to this thread?

Don't look for my thread alone - there are others, posted quite a while ago - that describe the process in full. Just do a search and once you find what you need - print it quickly. Current posts on this topic get erased quickly - probably due to complaints by Avaya.

Thanks Tom

I think i have this voice mail thing almost figured out.

I working on the day and night menus now.

have a bit more reading to do with regard to the selector codes to choose a mailbox.

Can the system be set so that the call can go right into voicemail from the AA, without ringing the extension. For example if the person you are trying to reach is meeting with a client in their office. can the call that comes in choose to go directly to voicemail as opposed to ring the extension then go to voicemail as a rsult of overflow.

Thanks
RIck

Only if the individual puts a "do not disturb" button on their phone and activates it. Then, the call directed to their extension will flow right to voicemail.
