My Dispatcher service will not load if i use a certain username in my content store. However this username has all the information. When I create a new user in the Content store database I can then access my portal. Is my orignal login corrupt ?

We are currently running reportnet portal with NT authentication. Some of our users do not want to log in to Reportnet Portal. Can I automatic login with NT4 or do I have to go to Active Directory before I can avoid the extra login screen. Sean
