    Also, It seems as though when I plug a new phone in, it is causing other phones to display "please wait" and then the existing phone restarts and is works fine.

    I just had a customer that purchased the 5420D Rel 5 phone sets for his IPO 3.1.56 system. When a phone is plugged up, the phone comes up and displays "please wait" and does not do anything else. Is there a compatibilty issue with this release of IPO software? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks... So no chance to recoup the old sys ID? The old sys ID, of course, had a PRI enabler key code associated. Any way to have a new generated without having to repurchase? We still have the old sys ID and the 24 didget keycode noted.
