We are looking to network our Definity R9 to some resently aquired Magix R2.2 systems via Point-to-Point T-1 and would like to centralize the voicmail on our Intuity Audix. There are a total of 4 remote sites.
DCS is turned on for the Definity and Intuity.

I believe that changing the Calls In Queue warning on the console parameter page to 1 will also allow your 6400 series user to pick up the first call. This way you don't have to map atd-qcall or TAAS buttons to the operator position, as well not having to leave it in position busy.
I could not agree with you more, but the customer is coming from annother (much smaller) phone system and this "how they did it".
I have already told them this is not how the big boys do it and the system simply may not be capable of performing this function.

The night service destination is a phantom extension (x172) that covers to the Audix after one ring. I agree the problem may in fact be in the Audix rather than the PBX. I have tried calling the night service extension and it IS recorded.
