As mentioned already, you are the owner of your data and responsible for it. There are plenty of vendors that back up 365 data. We use Datto SaaS for our customers (and us)

Ive been installing 3CX for the last 5yrs. My biggest site is 70 extns across three sites.
This system has done over 430,000 calls and I can count on one hand how many issues ive had.
The reporting on 3CX sucks. However they are soon to be opening their API up for more third parties to take...

These are the calls for a customer of ours using 100% cloud hosted 3CX and SIP trunks.
I installed this in 2019. I can count on one hand the number of calls I've had for voice issues.
It updates itself, the phones are great, mobility is excellent.

If the drives are not in enclosures, I would recommend using sealed antistatic bags, with silica gel packs in them.
Very much the same way they are shipped out of the factory.

I suspect because you purchased PC3L / DDR3L which is Low Voltage RAM, where as your original is not and your motherboard is not able to support 1.35V RAM.
