    I have an ip office 8.1 and I am trying to upload .wav files for music on hold. I have wav file in the proper format and followed specs. I named it holdmusic.wav but the file fails to load on a reboot. I even tried uploading using file embedded manager. any suggestions would be great.

    I have an IP office 8.1 with PRI and I have setup the short code of NZ"companyname"sxxxxxxxxxx on 50:Main on outbound calls and I still don't get the company name being sent out on calls just number sent out. The Telco has the circuit wide open so it is an issue with IP office.

    I have a BCM50 R6 with newest patches and 2 1140e ip phones that have no audio from IP set to digital set. If IP phone to IP phone call works fine. All proper ports are forwarded to local BCM IP address from firewall. Any ideas!

    I have a BCM450 Release 6 patched to current patches. Customer isnt getting there voice mail messages until the next day some times. Usually a reboot will correct this temporarily.
